Empire of the Sikhs - afternoon talk

Paramjit Singh will focus on the visual heritage which links Duleep Singh and his descendants to his grandfather and the Empire of the Sikhs. Paramjit is an independent historian and curator who co-founded the UK Punjab Heritage Association (ukpha.org), a charity dedicated to promoting Punjab’s rich cultural heritage.

ST*ART 3D Junior Masterclass

Our ST*ART Junior Masterclasses are designed for children aged 7 – 12 years old and aim to develop their confidence and creativity through a day of fun activities inspired by the castle’s collections. This masterclass is inspired by this summer’s exhibition 'The Paston Treasure: Riches and Rarities of the Known World', in it children will use different senses to explore the exhibition and create a piece of art work to take home. Children are welcome to attend either one or both of the Masterclasses. Booking information Advance booking is essential. Each Masterclass costs £25 and places cannot be reserved without payment.
