Spooky Dungeon Tours

Are you brave enough to join us for a Spooky Dungeon Tour? Descend into the bowels of Norwich Castle and feel the hairs rise on the back of your neck. Imagine yourself as one of the unlucky souls, forced to live in chains in the cold and dark, unsure of the fate awaiting you. Hear about the crimes of times gone by and examine instruments of punishment like the ducking stool, scold’s bridle and gibbet iron. Tours daily from 22 October - 27 October. Suitable for 5+. Early Bird Openings in Association with Autism Anglia

Join us for our early openings at the Museum aimed at children who have autism and other needs, along with their families, carers and siblings. You are welcome to bring anything that will you make you more comfortable such as assistance dogs, ear defenders or toys. Projections and noises in the museum galleries will be off until 11am to allow you to enjoy the galleries in a quiet environment. We hope you will stay with us after this time to explore the site. Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse closes at 5pm.
