Schools Out! Create - Art on the Farm

Get creative and see Gressenhall Farm in a whole new way, with a wide range of different arts activities. Enchanted Garden

Enchanted Garden is a new series of eight polychromed and gilded alabaster reliefs by Ana Maria Pacheco. They reflect the artist's interest in the medieval alabasters in the Castle's collection and depict mythic creatures from her imagination. Work by the sculptor is also on display across the city.

Sawdust and Threads

'almost too daring for an individual': John Sell Cotman's one-man exhibiton, 1806-7

In the winter of 1806-7, 24 year old John Sell Cotman staged an extensive one-man exhibiton at his house in Norwich. Located in the Colman Project Space, this exhibition re-imagines the show, highlighting the enterprising methods Cotman used to present himself as an ambitious and varied artist.

ARTIST ROOMS: Jeff Koons

Jeff Koons is widely regarded as one of the most pioneering and controversial artists of our time, known for his imaginative use of everyday objects. This landmark exhibiton showcases Koon's remarkable career and includes his breakthrough work with vacuum cleaners and basketballs, as well as his more recent explorations with inflatables cast from aluminium. ARTIST ROOMS: Jeff Koon will be the first time Koon's work has been shown in East Anglia and is the only chance to see Koon's work in the UK in 2015. The exhibition is organised in partnership with Norfolk & Norwich Festival (8-24 May) - a world class festival of music, visual art, theatre, performance, and literature.
